Before first session and after a few sessions for weight loss – healthy living, comments from Frances (name changed for privacy).
Before first session:
I have tried to lose weight so many times, It has come off but goes back on again. I just feel I cannot do it.
I hate how I look, how I feel, the clothes I have to wear. I have no energy and feel tired all the time. I feel guilty about the amount I eat and feel that feel that my willpower should be strong enough for me to resist those foods.
The weight has had a huge influence on how I feel, my confidence is really low and I do not even like going out socialising any more, and I used to be outgoing, but now I am so worried about people looking at me and judging me.
How will hypnosis help and can this really work?
After a few sessions:
I am feeling really good – This is not a diet and does not feel like a diet. I now don’t actually want all the food that I used to eat and can see this is the way I will live my life from now on.
All is going so well – my portion sizes have reduced, no constant picking, barely any “treats”, drinking more water, taking more exercise and enjoying it. I am losing weight and my clothes are looser
It is easy and I feel that food is a friend not an enemy that I used to constantly think about.
I also find myself much more relaxed in all aspects of my life and my confidence is increasing.
