Rosie is originally from Killybegs, Co. Donegal and living and working in Dublin for many years. She is a mother of 2 and has vast experience working with young people. She has been teaching music to children 3-18 years old for 14 years working in group and individual piano and singing lessons. She is very passionate about working with young people and their mental health as she believes by correcting their mental health problems early whether it is depression, anxiety or fears/phobias, they will be able to experience their teenage years positively instead of fighting them and ultimately having to correct things later in life. By clearing their heads from negative thoughts when they are young will encourage them to reach for the stars and achieve their absolute best now and not be wondering later “if only I was happy when I was in school and had the confidence to . . .”.
She has a lot of experience working with clients on Weight loss, Smoking, Fears, Phobias, Public speaking, Bulimia, Anger and many more issues.
She is also a professional singer with experience performing in front of large numbers of people and she can help you get the confidence you need to perform with your instrument as she understands how judgment from others can hold people back from performing to their best ability. She can help reprogram your subconscious mind to not be worrying about what other people think as you perform and therefore allowing yourself to be the best musician you can. This confidence is not limited to musicians. It can be used in all paths of life.
She is also very enthusiastic about sport and plays for the Raiders basketball Club in the Dublin Senior Ladies Basketball League. Rosie can help you to improve your focus in any sport whether it’s in relation to tactics or fitness motivation.
She is extremely passionate about mental health and looks forward to hearing how she can help you live life to the full and not be looking back on the past. Life is for living today.

I have been to hypnosis before and unfortunately it didn’t help me. I was told about Rosie a month ago and I decided I would give hypnosis one more go as I really needed help with what I thought was social anxiety. I went to see Rosie for my first session and it was very relaxing and I felt at ease from the moment I entered the clinic. Rosie took me back to a time in my childhood which I had blocked out which was causing so much stress and fear in my life. I was enjoying life up until 3 years ago, but then this awful fear took over and it stopped me from doing so much in my life. While I was in with Rosie I let my subconscious mind do all the work and it definitely has helped me. I would highly recommend Rosie as she has changed my way of thinking and now I am looking forward to new beginnings I feel safe again. Thank you Rosie x

I first met Rosie 8 months ago, in the hope she could help in stopping a 18 year 20 cigarettes a day habit. From the get go Rosie puts you at ease, and talks you calmly through the whole process. Having never done hypnotherapy before, I was apprehensive, but she was lovely and friendly, and truly cared about your journey. She had huge patience and didn’t mind any questions at all.
Having not smoked a single cigarette since that day I can say she definitely is good at what she does! She also is great with following up with you in aftercare and truly wishing you to succeed. It’s hugely supportive knowing someone cares about you doing well. I definitely 100% recommend Rosie!
